Session | Initial Meeting
At your initial office visit, we will review the
home-buying process in detail and what you need to know about how to buy a home for sale in Alexandria, Virginia.
Topics will include:
- The services that we provide
- The typical out-of-pocket cash involved in a real estate transaction
- Bank owned, REO properties, short sales, and distressed sales
- Important terms in the sales contract
- What the earnest money deposit really does for you
- The home inspection process, and negotiating repairs
- The importance of the association disclosure documents
- The importance of a pre-settlement walk-through
- What to expect at your closing
This informative session is highly recommended so that you know
what to expect from start to finish, and so that any questions that
you have can be answered.
You are encouraged to bring your mortgage pre-approval
letter, and your Good Faith Estimate of Closing Costs, so that we
can review this information with you. If you are working with one
of my Lending Superheroes, they will be on-call during this initial
session to be available to you should you have questions about your
loan.
You need to arm yourself with the knowledge and
strategies so that you can be in a position to purchase your new
